I would measure the height of all four sleeves to see if they're the same length. Since you removed the old sleeves these should fit without any problems. Get a good light and look at the bottom of the sleeves to see if there's rust or any obstrustion. Hal

was the grove cleaned out real well where they set in? Where did you get the sleeves? I would check the groove then if its not that math them up to the old ones maybe they need some machining or be replaced. Is it something that a piece of hard wood and a mallet will cure? just some thoughts JON

If it is a 1/16", and you are sure the groove is clean, I would cut a piece of plastic lid (or get one that fits from the cabinet in the kitchen with the lids that don't fit anything) place it in the bottom of the cylinder and fill it with ice (dry ice would be better) butregular would do) let it rest for 30-40 minutes then with the puck you used to get them out, I would drive them in the last bit. I would buffer the tool with a chunk of 1/4" masonite, and hit square. Good luck,
JimN

Spraying the inside of the sleeve with ether a good dose will work about as well as the ice.
