Happy Groundhog Day - revisited

According to our paper, none of the famous Canadian groundhogs saw there shadow yesterday.
That includes Shubenacadie Sam, Wiarton Willie, Manitoba Merv, and Balzac Billy. Therefore, this warm winter will give way to an early spring!
Also, this past January has the record of being the warmest in Ontario since all time. Oh, if you don't know where all these "weather forecasters" live - ask Hugh!
