First, does pulling the TA lever back fix the hard shifting out of gear? If not, then I doubt the fault lies in the TA adjustment. If it does, then adjusting the TA clutch might help some.

If not, then I�m going to speculate that the flywheel and pressure plate are worn to the point that the clutch disk is hanging up or �suctioning� itself to either the pressure plate or the flywheel which is a common issue especially with button (or dyna-life) clutches.

If the TA is adjusted properly and you still have problems, you can try shifting out of gear just before you come to a complete stop, this might make it easier on you and the shift lever.
