WD-9 head

I recently bought a 1953 wd-9. When checking things out I discovered the head is cracked beyond belief. Is the waiting list for a good used head 300 years long, or does anyone have any good advice? I bought the tractor for parts price but still would like to get it running cheap as possible (limited budget). Thanks for the help.
