Water Filter on an 826

I bought that turboed 826 I was looking at. It is a 70 model, so it doesn't have a coolant filter. I asked the parts dep. at the dealership if you could get a kit to add one (they actually had one, but for a 414/436/466 series engine, the box is dated 8/30/1979!!)So $201 later I came home with the parts. My question is this, has anyone done this before? I know where the filter housing mounts and where the lines go into the block at. I think the local Hdy. place will bend me up some correct steel lines. Any thoughts are appriciated!! Thanks Erik
