Its been warm here in CT. too. About 55 the last week. It brings thoughts of spring and pulling season! Yet all this warmth is not good for New England Maple Sryup. In order to get a good harvest of sap, there should be a foot and half of frost in the ground and a good foot of snow pack. At present time we lack both!!
