The Amish in SE PA may be plowing on those hillsides. I plowed in February back in 1990.
The ground was just right for plowing. I didn't plant anything until later that spring. In March
the temp went to 90 degrees. It's suppose to be 70 today here in MD. Hal
PS: Sure hope it doesn't freeze the fruit trees
if they start to bud.
