After two and a half months in the shop, I drove my M out under it's own power today. After a complete engine and clutch rebuild and numerous other things, it now runs! I took it out and did some plowing to break it in, I know, plowing in January!! I was actually plowing in my shirt sleeves, it was that warm! Any way... I am glad to see it runing after countless hours of work and untold amounts of $$$ :-) This is my first tractor restoration, and now that this one is done (except for a paint job) I am already considering another, mabe the H that I have, but hopefully I can get my hands on an MD that I have spotted :-) Tractor restoration is a lot of work, but you know.. it is FUN!!! I never know such hard work could be so fun!! I think I am addicted!
