IH 485

I hate people who ask this question but here goes! Found a Case IH 485 for sale Looks about 1987 (Too new for this site I know). This machine and its loader are in MINT condition. It has 550 hours. The guy bought it and died. Wife didn't sell anything. The neighbour bought the whole estate 3 years ago and has used the machine to run a silo blower. Its been in a shed its entire life.
There isn't a spot of rust or scratch paint anywhere, even in the wheel wells. The guy says $14,000 is too low. I say $18,000 is too high. Does anyone have an opinion either about the price or this model of tractor?
