It's the same for the 400 and 450 as far as the procedure, except the 450 has holes in the hood, and the controls are extended for easy access. On a 400, you have to remove part of the hood to make the switch. It's easy. On top of each of the valves is the control for 1 or 2-way. You use a wrench to turn the control 90 degrees to switch it.
