Ok...I think I know the answer...but here goes. Been letting a kid use the 350 rowcrop to do a little work. Good old tractor...or it was. He has had it about a month or so. Anyway, I had not heard from him for awhile and I mentioned to his dad I would like to get the tractor back home. It has a loader on it and is handy for moving things around. I have a few bundles of shingles to lift to the gargage roof and it is really handy for that. Dad got a strange look and said he would get it home. Well they brought it home last night...no oil and engine locked up. I can tear it down or I have 5 300/350U's out back. They were in bad shape and I mostly got them for parts anyway. There are two really good engines on them. I was thinking of taking one of the engines and putting it in the 350F. I think it will work...but I was told some time ago there is a difference in the front pully area. Anyone have any thoughts? I can tear the engine down...but hate to spend money right now...taxes and insurance are due soon. Thanks....
