Jim, if you added 48 liters, you are filling the transmission case. The hydraulic oil sits in the section that the rockshaft is in, all of it is above the transmission. The hydraulics hold about 8-10 quarts (US measurements). Check the hydraulic oil by removing the plug on the top right rear of the housing. There is a tube in the opening. fill to the bottom of the tube.
