Yea , i know all about it , like the 1486 that i bought that only needed a clutch yea wright , I knew going into it that the the guy said that the T/A shift cable was stuck ( because the T/a was out for a long time and that they did not use it ) But i can FIX that and the price was still wright and i drove the tractor around the farm before handing him the check well when i got it home and was moving it around the neighbor cam over and tells me that it is missing ya could not hear it of fell it in the cab so i have him drive it and yes it is missing so i pull the hood off and the valve cover off and # 4 rocker arms are not moving much wiped cam ok get it in the shop and start pulling it down found that evey gear in the speed trans was JUNK and top and bottom shaft is JUNK and all bearings are junk and the list kept growen but i can fix it well i am still not done with this education prosess this tractor was beat to death with only 4200 hours but i can say that i have learned about EVERY NUT BOLT WIRING AND THE REST OF THE 86 seires first hand .
