I forgot the froozen part. Pull the drain plug on bottom rear end. If oil comes out there is no ice. |If nothing comes out it is ice. Get a heater of some kind and start warming. Cover the rear end with a tarp or somthing to contain the heat. remove plug again and drain the water. Replace lost oil and go. You might want to drain again when warm to make sure you got all the water.
