In regards to Frozen(brrrr) M motor

I solved the frozen motor question. I pushed the clutch in and it started right up! Now a new dilemna. It's stuck between two gears and or frozen in the rear end. I don't know what gear it's stuck in, but it won't seem to break loose. I really need to move snow now.
What can I do.
