Pull the head so you can remove any water & then pour transmission fluid over the stuck piston or pistons. Then let them soak for a few days. Then rock it in gear again. If this doesn't work drop the oil pan and unbolt the connecting rod. Use a piece of 2X2 oak wood and then give it an attitude adjustment with a big hammer. That sleeve & piston needs to be cleaned of all rust. Sometimes the sleeve will come out with the piston. Then you can heat it to remove the piston. If this happens you may want to replace the seal on the bottom of that sleeve. Hal
