Hugh is right. I think Kelly has been very understanding. Some might even say that Kelly was a victim of a theft, and entitled to damages to his tractor, and loss of use. Maybe someone should have done some homework on whose property they were seizing instead of carelessly removing anything in sight, and tearing apart dashes in the process. Don't get me wrong - I am all for sticking it to the criminals - but normal care needs to be taken in the process.
