Duanes: I have watched this from beginning of Kelly's first reporting tractor missing. In my opinion he has been more than fair with the folks that impounded his tractor. The patience he has displayed has been close to perfect. The Law enforcement in this case has not been perfect, the tractor should have been delivered back the location from which it was taken, or Kelly's home whichever is the shorter distance. I understand Kelly has a field across road from where tractor was taken. If law enforcement were making an arrest on a citizen and seizing his assets, they should have first made sure what assets belonged to that citizen. I do know of a similar situation, not only did law enforcement deliver the vehicle back to the owner. It cost them $500. per day for everyday vehicle was in their possession.
