You could always make a sleeve puller,1/2" ready rod, cut (use torch, and grinder)a nice thick steel disc the size of the block hole that the sleeve will ride up on and double nut the ready rod, use a piece of steel to make a bridge atop the block and keep adding steel blocks as the sleeve moves up and out, great fun and accomplishment for low cost, and you don't need to be a machine shop guy to do this either!
