Keep reading, the procedure should be in there. You're looking at I&T manual IH-32, right? Look at paragraphs 170 and 174. Should be timed 8 degrees BTDC. Early 806's came from the factory with the RD pump, but about 90% of them have been replaced with Roosa-Masters.
