Installing 291 gas motor in 460 Farmall??

Have a 460 Farmall wide front with bad diesel motor and found a 666 gas motor , a 291 that needs rings and head work and was thinking about installing that into the 460. Has anyone done that and what do I need to make it all happen. Has the carb, manifold and flywheel with it but maybe the clutch and flywheel will have to come from the 460? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Migraine
