I run 30w in summer and 10w in winter in my A. I use it for plowing snow and I get about the same pressure in winter as summer due to the cold thickening the oil. We get down to -20 sometimes but normally about 10 above is a normal cold spell and, with 30 weight, it won't crank more than about 3 turns and not fast enough to start so 10w lets me get it started and has oil flow immediately whereas 30w will let her knock for a while before building pressure and doing it's lube job. good luck
