My CaseIH parts manual TC164 for 666, H70, 686 and H86 must be incomplete or something as it lists one grill PN.65491c1 as fitting the 666, 70, 686 and 86. The same with the screen behind the grille PN, 65492c1. The only differance up front is a bigger oil coller for the hydros. As for the hood it lists one for the gassers, one for the german 310 and one for the american 312 for all four tractors. The fuel tank hood is the same for all four as are the side panels and drop panals up front and the cowl. The parts manual is a recent CASEIH reprint of the original IH manual so it should be up to date?
