656 remote leak

I have a 656 with 2 remotes to run a loader. The outer romote is leaking from the very back. There is what appears to be a screw on cap, and then a small piece in the center of that cap. The small piece is about 1/4" in diameter and pressed into the larger cap. The leak appears to be coming from both pieces. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks
