If it has 3 point adapters in the fast hitch prongs, it may be about the same width as a cat 1 3 point, I don't know how the fast hitch width compares to cat 1, though. It is also a cat 1 hitch if it happens to be an aftermarket stand alone 3 point. The implements you are referring to are likely cat 2, with a wider spacing. If the pins on the implement can be removed, take them out and reinstall so that they point in instead of out. That may make the implement fit, may not. In the unlikely event the hitch is a cat 0, toss it and get a decent hitch. Others will have other ideas.
