I posted this in an earlier message with no response and am trying again. When I advance or reduce the throttle is responds very slow. It take 10 to 15 sec for the RPM's to lower. It does respond better in advancing the throttle. I did rebuild the carb after I found a bee's nest in it. Is this a govenor spring problem? My F-12 responds immediatly. What could it be. Thanks, Mark
