The most common problem I have with mine is that the check balls in the fuel pump stick if the gas gets old. If this Titan hasn't started in 18 months, I would bet that you might have problems with the check ball. As Bobcat says, remove the lever and manually pump the handle back and forth. If you see no evidence of fuel in the mixer bowl (you must remove the small lid to look), then your check balls are probably stuck. You can also listen closely to hear if fuel is returning to the main tank via the return line from the mixer. You get used to listening to this sound after a while. Be sure to squirt a little oil around the pump shaft. Helps sometimes with the seal. Good Luck! They are a lot of fun to run!
