Given the price of gas and the fact that these tractors are HUGE gas guzzlers, it ain't worth much, maybe $3500 if it's in excellent condition, IMHO. Just as a comparison, my dad has a 756 gas that we put a diesel engine in over the winter of 2003-2004. In 2004, he used 1200 fewer gallons of gas, and only 300 more gallons of diesel. I don't know if you'd normally see that huge a difference, though.
