IH560 C263 Dang the luck

Just got the engine (C263) back together today (Dad's old tractor) and didn't see any oil coming up to the valve rocker arms. Pulled the head, gasket was on correctly so the oil hole was open. I now suspect the machine shop didn't index the 2nd cam bushing correctly and the oil hole is covered up. Man I hate to take it all the way back down to pull the cam and inspect the bushing but I guess I have no choice.
Gloom, despair, and agony on me. Deep dark depression.....you know the rest of the song.
