Leak in fuel shutoff - fix?

My diesel fuel shutoff leaks out the packing nut. I think the packing (if that's what it is) is all gone because the nut is tightened to it's full extent.

Any way to fix this with new packing material, and if so, what do I use, and where do I get it?
