Like the other guys said, a farm tire dealer can pump it out- and they would get more of it out than you can by just draining it because they actually suck it out. Where are you located? I bought a tractor from southern CA that had WATER in the tires- I know because it froze solid in our WI winter. It rode a little rough....... Paul
