tire choises

i work for the town of dorset highway dept. we have a international 884 for mowing road sides and a few other odd jobs its almost time for a set of rear tires they aqre 18.4x34
i was wondering what would be the longes lasting tire for what we do i would say 85% of what we do is on the black top but we there are some things we do in mud season with it so we do need a little traction
