Boy, are you sure there isn't some blockage somewhere. I would remove the water pump and check the holes that are in the engine block behind the pump body just to have that eliminated. Also remove lower hose and run water from top to bottom of radiator just just for the heck of it. If your real brave remove that plate behind the carb and wash that all out good. I've seen those all plugged up. good luck. Tim K.
