Hydraulic Disconnects

My 340 Utility has two pairs of hydraulic coupler quick disconnects, one pair on either side. I bought the tractor last year and have not yet used the disconnects. The couplers are difficult to actuate by hand - the outer ring is frozen on all of them. I"ve removed the couplers - they just thread off a nipple that is attached to a dual manifold with an Oring seal. Are the disconnects rebuildable, or should I just replace them all? I"m getting ready to install a loader on the tractor. Thanks
