Thanks for the suggestion Gene. I have already topped of the fluid level and did a air-bleed procedure. Also there is no noticable rise in engine oil that I can notice. It amazes me that nobody has had this exact problem over the years. Yesterday While it was jumbing in the up position I pushed real hard forward on the rear lift arm and it stopped jumping until I let my arm pressure off. SO, That is telling me that it must be a relief valve or sumpin not working correctly.?????
