Use a 3 way puller, put a fair amount of pressure on it then take a hammer and give the head of the bolt or stud on the puller a few good wacks with a hammer, keep doing this and it will start to move. It worked for me on the same thing a couple years ago, and this was the advice given to me. You don't have to heat it either. Good luck Doug
