B-275 Fuel/Water Drain--How do I do it??

How do I drain the water from the fuel tank? Paperwork I have says do it daily, but not how to do it. I have located the shutoff valve and glass bowl under the tank, but don"t know how to proceed.

The tractor is down and I need it today. I am heading out to get a new filter right now. Any QUICK help would be appreciated.
