Thinking mine must have been one of those state/local type but someone really did a good job painting it somewhere along the line No overspray, decals . good masking around things and no wires painted. Interest is that it only had 2150+/- hrs when I got it and I can't believe that any gov't would let one go that young. Except for dull paint the entire tractor looks and works young. Hey thanks again for the info and have a good one.
