Will any parts off an H fit on a M?

I am headed home to Montana the first week in April to see family. I have my Dad's old M that he farmed with when he was alive. My stepfather has an old H sitting in the junk pile that is just rusting away. I was just wondering is any parts of an H will fit the M? If not how much is the wide frontend worth? I has quite a few parts on it yet and he said I could have anything off of it I wanted. I'll have plenty of time to pull what I want.
