Axles and wheels will interchange, but adaptor plates are different. Hole pattern on bolster is different. There are a few things interchangable from H to M: fenders, magneto or distributor, generator, lights and light bar, seat assembly, wheel weights, wheel rims, gauges, light switch box, gas and radiator caps, steering wheel, and maybe a few other insignificant items, but not much more. They are two totally different tractors.
