You state there is no down pressure on the 2-point, yet you say it will lift the tractor if a chunk of cribbing is placed under the blade?!? I think you meant to say it it runs outa stroke. Sounds to me like the Tel-A-Depth feedback linkage which runs from the top of lift arms to the Tel-A-Depth spool valve along the left side of the operator's platform is way out of adjustment. It's sending a signal to the spool valve to shut it off way too early in the down-stroke phase. An I&T manual for that series is extremely helpful in dialing-in the feedback linkage adjustment. You may also have damaged differential gears inside the Tel-A-Depth spool. These are very easy to access and inspect. There is on other place to check for problems; this is within the regulator pressure control block, but I don't think your problem lies there.
