Your carburetor messed up! First it was gave you a lean mixture which is why it needed choking to keep the engine running. Now it's gone the other way and is feeding too much gas (flooding), hence raw gas out the exhaust and no fire.

You'll need to go into the carb to find what's wrong. Look a problem in the float bowl - like the float rubbing on the side of the bowl, a sticky float needle valve, trash caught in the needle valve, possibly a sunk float, etc.
