IH 70 Hydro

Saw an IH 70 Hydro tractor at an auction yesterday. It had a IN hoader on it, can't remember the number think it was 2130 or similar, fairly heavy looking loader with quick detach. Tractor and loader looked pretty straight and prior owner had operator's manuels under seat, looked like he even used them as there were important filter numbers in there and other notes. Unfortunately this is a city county surplus/consignment auction and they sell junk first so didn't want to wait until the late hours to see it sell. What is the HP rating on this tractor and are they a good one? Have a friend with a Hydro 80 and he likes it.
