How to Determine year on International Lo Boy

My grandfather gave me an Internation Lo Boy and I am trying to determine the exact year. I would like to restore to original colors, decals, seat, etc... The issue I am having is the reading serial#, it has been painted so many times it is hard to make out. Here are the numbers I do have. On the left side of the lower engine block are cast the following: 251341R79. On the left side of hydraulic cylinder housing are cast: 360719-R1. On the right side of the transmission are cast: 351686-R3 L 2 X. The shape of the hood and fenders resemble that of the Farmall. The name plating, International and Lo Boy, is in metal badges not stickers. The tractors has been many different colors, red, yellow/white, and currently a green. It looks like the base color of all these is red. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If a picture would help let me know I can send one.
