One-bottom plow an A

Hey guys, I just bought an A that came with a one-bottom plow and it has the exhuast lift that works. I have this plow hooked up to the the rear section that lifts it and I have the two eyes on the front axle hooked up but I cannot figure out where the flat bar in the middle goes. Maybe I am missing parts but, all I have is a flat bar with five holes on the end in the middle. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
