where is the PTO?

I was wondering where the PTO,for my 1969 434 International is?Is there a lever that i shift to engage it into gear?The PTO,isnt spinning,so i assume that there must be something i pull,or flip,to make it work.This is my first IH,,so im not familliar with it ....yet.Got the shifting problem down to a small "grind",stll dosnt shift well,at first startup.....Thanks..GW

Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
