You need to get the motor up to operating temperature and retorque the head. When you do it, you will probably find that the nuts are down to around 50-60 ft.lbs.

Some say that the nuts should be loosened a quarter turn so that the static friction does not give you a false sense that they are still to spec. I have always found that the nuts are so loose, it takes a couple steps to get them back up to the torque spec. And then a couple more rounds until they are all evenly tight.

Today might be this day and age, but the motor is still from the old days. You will need to re-adjust the valves after you retorque the head.
