I have a picture in 1920 catalog of International "All Steel Corn Sheller". It does not list model number but you can see part number 2004 cast on the crank handle which might be model number. Does this sound like yours? In the one hole shellers they had a "Wood & Steel Corn Sheller" and the "All Steel Corn Sheller". The one hole "All Steel" was still listed in the 1940 catalog with very few changes. Yours could be anywhere between 1920 and 1940 and probably a few years on each side.
