Road Grader Question

OK, I know this is the Farmall/IHC board but this question is related, at least in the engine brand. While traveling over the Thanksgiving holiday I saw two new Champion road graders in different locations. My question is, is the current Champion road grader a decendent of the company that made Adams road graders or od the company that made Gallion road graders? The new grader has a lot in common with either of these two old brands, just looking at them from a distance. Both Adams and Gallion used IHC engines (that is the connection to this board). I don't know what kind of engine the Champion uses as I could not get close to either one and the hood is fully enclosed. I just was curious as to if anybody knows if Champion is a continuation of one of the old companies. Harold H
