Thanks for the replies guys. I might have to take you up on that offer MagMan, because there seems to be a lot of little things that need adjusted. I started to take the Governor off tonight so that I can clean it up, and join it to the carb prior to installing both pieces, and see if that is possible. One thing on the carb, is that both of the slot things (things that look like quarters in the carb are very tight, I noticed this when I took it off tonight.
